You can use the Exclusion Marker ("-" in the first position of a field) to suppress that field. Look this up in the TMG Help for more information. When I have a city-county-state, I usually Exclude the County meaning only the City and State print. You could do similarly by Excluding the County, State and Country (assuming you have Country entered). But you need to look at each Tag and the kind of report to see the order in which Tags print when. Then, check that Exclusion Marks are set for all Tags for each person as you desire as there is no "automatic" way to select to print everything and then just the City (or whatever combination you want).
