The State of Missouri Death Certificate had the following information: John died on Fri. 31 May 1918 at the age of 61 years, 2 months and 5 days at Wyaconda, Township of Wyaconda, County of Clark, State of Missouri, United States of America and, the attending physician was S. E. Doss M.D. , and he listed the cause of death as Cerebral Haemorrhage , and the attending physician signed the Death Certificate form on 31 May 1918 , and give the address of Wyaconda, MO , and Mrs. John Blizzard , and the informant give the place of resident as Wyaconda, MO , and Gerth and Baskett was the undertaker doing business in Wyaconda, MO, and John was burial in the New Woodville Cemetery, Township of Washington, County of Clark, State of Missouri on 2 June 1918 , and the local register S. E. Doss, received certificate on 31 May 1918 , and Certificate of Death File Number was 1918-016,469.

However I see that it prints correctly in a report, so it seems to be an issue with the Preview only. I found that the Sentence worked correctly in the Preview as you add elements to the fields in the Tag Entry screen until you add the second segment of the Detail field. It appears there is a bug in the preview that fails to correctly deal with the pipes used to create the segments. Terry Reigel
