    3. Nick, Another way of showing a change of context within a person's narrative report is to set off certain text with different indentation and/or font characteristics. I use this method in three situations: ==Short quotations within a narrative paragraph use the same font and size as the rest of the paragraph but are in italics. ==Long quotations and historical background material are in separate paragraphs with the same font and size as the body of the narrative but they are in italics and are indented differently. ==Research notes which digress from the person's narrative to comment on issues or methods encountered in researching him/her are in separate paragraphs with the same font as the narrative but they are in italics and use a smaller point size. Of course lots of other variations are possible. The indentation can be changed using TMG's Indent Left code from the right-click menu. Font characteristics can be changed with the Format/Italics, Format/Point Size, or Font/Labels choices. -----Original Message----- From: tmg-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:tmg-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of Nick Shelley via Sent: Friday, June 19, 2015 3:05 AM To: tmg@rootsweb.com Subject: [TMG] TMG 7.4 Changing the colour of particular memo texts I have the situation where an individual's life events intermix between business details and home life. Consequently the text does not read very coherently as it switches abruptly between the two contexts throughout their individual page. Is there some way of putting the work events in a separate colour?
