My method illustrates the different ways problems can be solved in TMG. Like Lee, I have years of tax data with slightly varying data for each year. Because I like to keep my data in date order, I created two new Tax Tags which handle the problem. Usually, I have, say, 3 to 5 years of tax list data bunched before any other Tag appears. In this case I use the the first new Tax Tag which ends with a semi-colon. I use the third new Tax Tag in the concatenation mode . . . (+) which adds the data. This has worked very well for me. I suspect something similar could conceivably be used for census data. With respect to census data, when I have the problem, I usually edit the sentence structure. Regards, Toby
