It doesn't help that, around the time frame of Android 4.x, the core system load changed to put the internal memory on /mnt/sdcard and any external SD card in a slot is now at /mnt/ext_sdcard (or a variation thereof) Any programs that had an option to store data on an sdcard probably looked for /mnt/sdcard (whch would have been the plug-in card in Android <4.x) and... stores the data in main memory thinking it is external memory (I have a game on my Nook HD+ that downloaded 2GB of data -- and had a button for "save to SD card"... No luck, just filled internal memory (fortunately, that device started life with a 32GB internal memory). >John > >The TMG archive is found here: >http://archiver.rootsweb.ancestry.com/th/index/TMG/ >Instructions on how to subscribe to TMG: >http://lists.rootsweb.ancestry.com/index/other/Software/TMG.html >------------------------------- >To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to >TMG-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the >quotes in the subject and the body of the message -- bieber.genealogy@earthlink.net Dennis Lee Bieber HTTP://home.earthlink.net/~bieber.genealogy/
