My mother and I was sitting with her brother, my Uncle, when he took his last breath and his heart stopped beating. The state of Tennessee only issues death certificates to spouse, child or parent not a sibling. My Aunt, his wife is going to get an extra death certificate for me but in the meantime I would like to make a source for a citation. There is no "Personal Knowledge" source and I have no experience in making a new source. Could someone help me with this please? Jane Hollon
