    3. Terry No cloud backup or any other backup running. Turned off antivirus (AVG) program. Still the same results. Exact message is: "Windows was unable to add one or more empty directories to the compressed (Zipped) folder" The only folder is the exhibits folder, which in my case is empty. But selecting only the files in the -o folder (leaving out the exhibit folder) produces the same results. It does produce a Zip folder but as I described no themes and page links are often broken, size of the Zip file also varies from try to try. Tom

    3. Have you tried to see if there are any hidden folders in your exhibits folder - not normally visible in Explorer?
