Katherine, I assume you downloaded the v9.05 installer to do the upgrade. Don't use the CD for V9.04. You need to find that v9.05 installer file on your disk and run it. That should then allow you to run Repair. Michael
I upgraded last week through TMG's "Help" "check for updates" - an automatic download and installation. Today at: http://www.whollygenes.com/upgrades.htm#tmggold I downloaded V9 gold and ran the repair file successfully. Thank you for taking your time to help. First try I'd suggest is (Win7 labels): Control Panel Programs Programs and Features Scroll down to TMG and <right-click>. You should get a menu for Uninstall Change Repair Pick Repair. Presuming the OS can find the installer it should open it (might even run the full repair, but sometimes the menu options just open the same master installer page which has the same three options itself <G>) -- bieber.genealogy@earthlink.net Dennis Lee Bieber HTTP://home.earthlink.net/~bieber.genealogy/
