Thank you Robin and Lee for your helpfulness and knowledge. I think I’ve got it now. It was all those Frowny Faces because of where the Images were - not linking. Also my Report Definitions Options. So now I have a Folder with sub-folders which I put my Images into and I’ve added and specified that Folder (and sub-folders) in the Location Window List of Folders to search. The sub-folders make it easier for me to keep track of the separate families so I’m hoping TMG will find them. It IS complicated. Mary Jo
