    3. I bought a new Mac from the Apple store a couple of years ago. I took in my old Mac and they transferred everything for me by the next evening. Everything Including my TMG and Parallels. No extra charge; it was included in the cost of the computer. There was no need. Microsoft are rolling out the upgrade. I registered for the upgrade (from the lap top in question) and then waited until I was notified that my turn had come. The upgrade reinstalled all my software including TMG 9 complete with its serial number and files.
