    1. [TMG] Strange Tab Key Behavior
    2. John and Lee Wood via
    3. I'm running TMG 9.05 on my desktop with Windows 7 Pro 64 bit, as well as on my laptop with Windows 7 Pro 32 bit. When I'm in the TMG data entry screen for a new individual and type in the person's given name, I've been used to just hitting the TAB Key to jump to the surname field. After a hard disk crash and TMG 9.05 re-installation on the desktop, the TAB Key causes the screen to shift to the left cutting off the Type headings. This does not happen with the Lap Top. Is there any way I can fixthe desk top version? John Wood

    3. John, I'm also on Win 7 Pro 64 bit. In the screen you referred to I usually use the Enter key rather than Tab, because I don't want to end up in the Surety fields. I know that GivenName doesn't have that issue but just as a general practice I normally use Enter. I don't suppose it will make any difference for the problem you describe, but it's just barely possible it might be a workaround.
