As Sydney says, set the Backup File Path in Preferences=>Current Project Options=>Advanced to a folder on your hard drive. But be sure that folder is not part of any cloud or other syncing backup action. None of my TMG folders are part of any cloud action. I copy the Backup SQZ files to a cloud folder on the hard drive after the backup is complete. In this way, I have three copies of the Backup file -- the (original) Backup on my hard drive for ease of operations, the copy in the cloud folder on the hard drive as a kind of backup, and the copy in the cloud as the real backup.
