However, you can still get them there. What you have to do is Merge the two Projects. This results in two separate Data Sets within the merged Project. Then you Merge the two Data Sets. This results in all the people from one of the Data Sets being added to the other, but the first one still remains. So then you have to delete that Data Set. You have to do all this carefully to avoid getting all the new people assigned the low ID#'s and all the the people in your working Project renumbered after them, assuming you care about that.
