Your offer is appreciated but I will feel much more confident going down the TMG/Excel/Word route. Something about 'the devil you know'... Your magical Second Site programme includes such flexible and easily configured calendars that they are my first thought for browser output. For final hard copy output, though, I would not feel nearly so confident - I am going to start with Susan's option 3. If I don't find it works for me I would be very glad to take up your offer off-list, though, but you do so much for our community already that I would feel very reticent about adding to your workload.
