Thanks guys for the suggestions. Boss had several surgeries and hospitalizations since I bought version 9 and I have no clue where all that stuff is. But I do have the serial number etc. printed that out ages - cause we lose stuff. :) I have version 9.4 so apparently I am shy an update. Not really relevant, Gypsy, as a CD is no longer available. Further, you do not want the installer file on that CD as it was certainly an earlier version of V9 than the final version. The full installer file of the final version of V9 can still be obtained by download, and you can then save it by writing it on your own CD. Hopefully you saved this information somewhere? If not, before your computer goes in for some work, run your installed TMG V9 program. Under the "Help" menu choose "Technical Support". On that pop-up window choose "Trouble Report". Now open that report. At the top will be: User Name Email Serial number Be sure to save these with the downloaded installer file so if necessary you can re-install and unlock TMG after your computer has work done. (But you now want to make sure you have saved it someplace safe) -- Richard Damon
