Hi, I have a problem with my Exhibits printing when I create a Journal Report. I went to FILE > Preferences - Current Project Options - Exhibit Folder C:\Users\First Last\Documents\The Master Genealogist v9\Exhibits\ My exhibits are in there but they don’t print when I choose Report Destination - File Type MS Word. Is my only option to manually insert each image into the Word DOC before I Save As a PDF file or is there an easier way to get them ready to print with my Journal Report? I’ll appreciate any help, Mary Jo

The question is whether the Exhibits in the Exhibit folder are properly linked to the person or event. Have you tried the Verify File Integrity function under File=>Maintenance? Be sure to select the Specify the folders to search... option and add the Exhiibits folder in the List of folders for location window. Assuming the Exhibits are properly linked, what options are selected in the Report Definitions [Options] Exhibit tab? Most likely you will have selected Embedded. You also should select Include external images and Copy to destination folder. If the Exhibits are attached to event Tags, you will also want the Include event exhibits option (and maybe Include each occurrence. And, if you want all Exhibits, be sure to also select the All images option. Lee

Hi Mary Jo, When you go the Exhibit Log and select the right type (Person or Event) do the images come up there? What are the extensions of the image files that you cannot see? jpg or something else?
