I am using 9.04. A new problem has cropped up after changing computers. If I try to backup a project, near the end of the process I get a box with this message: "Input file read failure. This error occurs when a file read operation is performed on a zip file that is locked or restricted by another process." I hit ok, the backup process continues and reports complete, but no backup file is created. I created a new one person project, no problem, a backup file was created. So, I tried backing up the sample project and was unable to create a backup. I did with and without customizations and I received the same notes. I have no idea how to proceed. I would appreciate any help. Ron, Since this happened after you changed computers I suspect the issue is that your Project is directing the backup to a folder that doesn't exist on your new computer. I suggest you review the specified paths as described in my article at http://tmg.reigelridge.com/new-computer-version.htm#paths Do not depend on visually reviewing the paths. The ones on your new computer may be subtlety different than the ones shown, and the difference can be easy to miss. Instead use the [...] button to the right of each path to navigate to a valid location. Terry Reigel
