Click in the Type area and then RIGHT-click and choose the menu item: "Customize 'Other Info' box ... Then select the field you want to show and "Enable" it. Another possibility is that you have selected more items than will show in the height of this Type box in your current layout. You may need either to scroll down when viewing, or to "Customize" and move to the top those fields you most wish to see. Hope this gives you ideas, Michael
