I had a similar sort of problem and received help from either this list or the "refugees" list. Correcting the problem involved changing something in the registry. You probably will find it in the archives I think it was about May 2016. None the less this may help. Try <http://tmg.reigelridge.com/future.htm> Ctl-find "moving to a new computer" That link should get you here <http://tmg.reigelridge.com/new-computer-version.htm#unlock> A paragraph titled "Repeated requests for unlock code" Thank you, again and again, Terry Reigel for all the help you have given over the many years on TMG. There are so many others also that have put in so much time solving problems for others on TMG. They all shall always have my appreciation and gratitude. Phil, that's the method I've been using. This is the first time I've had the ongoing request for my serial number. I use TMG 7 with Win 10. Is there a method to copy person or persons with their family members from one project to a totally different and separate project? Not from data set to data set within the same project. Phil Holm
