Hi Teresa You've probably already done this but just in case .... try the usual .... close TMG, then Optimise, VFI, Optimise. I've dragged and dropped thousands of images to events and maybe 8 or 10 times an image just wouldn't drop. (Windows 7 so not a Windows 10 issue) Closing down etc as above and also closing the image + the folder it is in has made it possible for me to drag and drop that image. The only thing I've been able to GUESS might have caused this is that I originally tried to drag and drop too quickly. Speed ???? has been involved each time drop has failed but of course there may be no connection at all.
