    3. Greg Don't forget that John's TMG Utility will attack your data and set all the Birth Order flags for you, using birth dates (and/or Sort Dates?). Of course, if you have no birth date entry it can't sort, but if you add a temporary sort date for those missng ones it will work. Much faster than doing a manual hunt through your data!
