I have installed TMG v9 from disc on a new PC. Restored the projects from flash drive. No problems. Now when I exit from a project and try to backup, I get the following message: “Input file read failure. Occurs when a file read operation is performed on a Zip file locked or restricted.” Have not had any trouble in the past. Would appreciate any help I can get to make the backup work so I can get back to working. Thanks. Don

If you put your project under 'My Documents', then the path to that is likely different on your new machine. (One reason I don't place my project there, but put all my genealogical files under C:\Genealogy, that way it is in the same place on every machine, so no path problems). -- Richard Damon
