Hi OJ! I didn't include the original msg. Should have. Pat thinks maybe Job was son of Nathaniel and Job is father of George, not Nathaniel. Nathaniel would be George's granddad? Looks possible. Richmond Co should have the entire will in courthouse records if they weren't destroyed by fire or something. I have another line (Dodson) from same co. and records were found on many of them so perhaps you can find some Thrift records. I found a Thrift in the Dodson book but don't know who she is. I don't know that we'll find anything more in the will/wills to help us since the excerpts list the children but perhaps the courthouse will have some birth certificates, deaths, marriages that might prove helpful. Then again.....the records are so old they may have been sent to LVA for archiving on microfilm. When I was researching another line in Shenandoah Co, I found the books that have the spirals that allow releasing one page at a time could be copied in the courthouse but the old books that didn't allow for copying one page at a time had all been sent to LVA and the records in the courthouse can only be looked at, not copied. I just had a msg. from a Thrift connection who has info on Albritton. Will write to her and see how much I can get to share with all of you.
