Merlyn, Thanks for the reply. I have always wondered if there were any others on this list besides me. I believe yours is the first response I have ever gotten from the list. I have concrete proof of my Thorn family in Jackson Co Ohio from 1816 on. SOme moved to Iowa in late 1840's then in the 1860s some(my gg grandpa) moved to Missouri and one Robert Carter Thorn on to Texas. We have recently found the Prince William Co Thorn family with very strong possibilities as being our line which would go back to England. We just need proof of some kind and seem to be at deadlock.
