My children are descendants of Henry THORN, b. ca. 1785, d. 22-Jan-1865, Mercer County, PA. His wife was named Mary (?), b. ca. 1785, died 15-Jan-1857. The only offspring of which I am aware was: Lavina THORN, born 1809, Morgantown, Monongalia Co., VA [now WVa], married Thomas McMAHAN 27-Apr-1826 at Lordstown, Trumbull Co., OH. Lavina died 29-Aug-1887 at West Salem, Mercer Co., PA, and is buried at Maysville, West Salem, Mercer Co., PA Thomas McMAHAN was born 1803, and d. 15-Oct-1875.
