Andrew, Although not my immediate line it is good to see other active Thorn researchers. My earliest Ancestor known is William Thorn born abt 1685-1690 either in England or Virginia. Lived most of his life in Prince William Co Va. Died there in 1761. Had one son John born abt 1748 who I descend from. Good luck on your search. Hope others will list their Thorn/Thorne's they are researching.
