I am trying to find a Thompson family that immigrated to Mono township, Ontario. Joseph Thompson was born about 1800 in Ireland. His wife was Isabella. I believe her maiden name was Rutherford and she was also born in Ireland. There were a couple of Thompson brothers that immigrated at the same time. This family was probably from Armagh.
