Author: senileus Surnames: THOMPSON Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/surnames.thompson/17268/mb.ashx Message Board Post: These sisters were born in Persia (now Iran) about 1860/70.Their father James A Thompson was killed in about 1870, then they migrated to Karachi (now in Pakistan) with their mother, where they lived until they married in 1890.Their subsequent histories are well documented, but I have been unable to locate any records of their birth, or the origins of their parents.
