By 1810 they were in the Germantown area of Bracken Co., KY. Sarah Berry Thompson was a sibling of Benjamin Berry, Enoch Berry, Reuben Berry, William Berry, Sr. Their names are all mentioned in an 1813/14 lawsuit filed in Mason Co., KY over ownership of a slave. My gr.gr.gr.grandmother, Elizabeth S. W. Berry, daughter of Benjamin & Lucy Wren Berry, was taken in by the Thompson's in King George Co., VA when she was 2 1/2 in 1783. The Thompson's brought Elizabeth to Mason Co., KY in 1788. In 1801 Elizabeth S. W. Berry married Nathaniel C. Harlan in Mason Co. I would like to find descendants of Zachariah & Sarah Berry Thompson to see if they have any information on the Wren, Berry, Fant or Thompson families of King George & Stafford Counties, Virginia that could help me locate parents for the Berry siblings.
