I'm looking for William (M?) Thompson born ca 1796 somewhere in KY. For some reason, he went to Putnam Co., IN in 1830 where he met and married Susannah Gough Fall, widow of Jesse Gough. The couple also lived in Butler, Preble and Clermont counties,Ohio before settling in Hamilton Co., In. They had 3 sons. One named Enoch who I think was named after Susannah's grandfather, one named William after his father and one named Henry? William was old enough to have married before he married Susannah but there was no mention of former children in his will. Can anyone tell me if he fits into the William Thompson/Betsy Commodes/Cummins/comments/Cummings family?
