Amos or Daniel (depending on which article you read) was born abt 1788, Vermont, and married a Kali Barrum (Calista Barnum ?). They had two sons, Amos Fiske born 1824 Ohio and Gilbert born 1828 Illinois. It seems the family went to Indiana and then must have gone to Illinois. After that Amos Fiske seems to have gone to Oregon then California and Back to Oregon. Amos Fiske then married Elizabeth Catharine (Nye) Hon. During that time, Amos/Daniel went to Iowa and was in the same town that Elizabeth Catherine (Nye) Hon was in, at the same time, but I can't find Amos Fiske there. Elizabeth was married to Samuel Hon at that time and he died just before Elizabeth came to Oregon. During this time I have lost Gilbert, but I think he died in Walla Walla Co, Washington.
