I am looking for a James Thompson born in 1742. He was married to Sallie Renfro and had 12 children. They lived in Montgomery Co., Floyd Co. I do not know who his parents were. I do not think James Thompson son of Hugh Thompsons wife was name Jane. I think Jane was his sister. If you have any information I would appreciate it.
