No, we do not know who his parents were then again I do have in my notes that his mother was born in PA and father was born in Virginia by something someone sent. Thompson b. 9 Dec 1868 Wayne or Clay Co.,IL d 31 Nov 1945 Seattle WA.       m Ida Kneff  around 1887 in Clay or Wayne Co.,IL     Robert Raymond Thompson b 11Mar 1873 Wayne or Clay Co.,IL     Roscoe Hershel Thompson b 20 Sept 1880 Wayne or Clay Co.,IL     William O.
