His father's name was Hugh Alexander Thompson and he had a brother named George Thompson. Their parent's names were Alexander and Jean Thompson. I only know that they lived at least part of their lives on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Jean is directly from Scotland and I have headr mention, when I was younger that many of Hugh's ancestors had been over here for a while since they fought in the civil and revolutionary wars.
