The descendant lists do not all agree on the number, names and dates of birth of their children. Does your list of their children include a Nathaniel Herbert? He is the Herbert who I am trying to trace. According to the 1850 census of Marshall Co., MS, he was b. in VA in 1787 and several incidents in the his life lead me to suspect he is related to the William Herbert family. Henrietta H.
