I would like to correspond with anyone who is familiar with Richard Thomason/Thomson who lived in the Hanover/Louisa Co., VA area ca 1757-1765. Richard was married to Elizabeth Key, daughter of Martin Key and Elizabeth Burford before 1757 and was the son of Thomas Thomson who died in Louisa Co. in 1774. Thomas lived on land that was part of a patent that had been granted to the Burford family. Other children of Thomas were Jeremiah, William, Nathan, Patience (m. ? Glenn), Ursula (m. ? Ray), Susannah (m. ? Clark), Mourning (m. ? Pryor) and Elizabeth (m. ? Newby). I have quite a bit of info on the Key line but know nothing of what became of Richard and Elizabeth.
