For this Christmas my wish list includes finding the parents of several woman ancestors of mine. One of them being Elizabeth THOMAS b. 1807 VA. The first record I have of Elizabeth is of her marriage to John BALDWIN b. 1797 MD.......they were married 1 Mar 1828 Spencer Co.KY, John's family living in neighboring Nelson Co.KY. Were her parents living in Nelson Co. or Spencer Co.KY?? After their marriage, they migrated to Owen Co.IN,where they lived from ca1828 til ca1840's their family of 8 children being born there, then they moved to neighboring Putnam Co.IN for a short time before finally settling in Montgomery Co.IN, where they lived from ca1850's til her death sometime bef 1880. thanks, N.J.Skinner White [email protected] "Remember the days of old; consider the generations long past."
