Thomas married (first) a Sarah Thomas, said to be a "relative of General Thomas." (I presume that must refer to the General Thomas who died in the attempt to take Quebec.) Recently, I found a Captain John Thomas who was in Halifax in the 1700s, but I do not know much about him (wife, siblings, antecedents, descendents, etc.) Cordially, Robert S.
