I'm looking for any info on my great grandmother "Kate" Parvin...her tomstone says Eliza Cartherine and all the info I can find on the internet says Eliza A. Parvin. She was born in/about 1866/67 and died Sept. 24, 1944 in Barry Co. MO. I have her mother as Martha Auxier/Auxler and her father as Arthur Parvin..she married William Robert Thomas and they had four children, Susa Anna (My grandmother), John, Fred, and Mattie. I am interested in tracing the family line back farther and would appreciate any info anyone would share.. I'm also interested in any descendants of her twin sister Calista or her other siblings.We know that "Kate" was some percentage Native American and that she applied for some sort of subsidy and didn't qualify..anyone know if that application would still be on file where I might search for it???
