Have the line of Aaron "Water" Thomas confused as to the number of children and their actual names (got some apparent nicknames). Aaron Water Thomas 1834 -1924 married Jane Hays??? 1. John A. Thomas b. about 1858 2. Martha A. Thomas b. about 1859 second marriage of Aaron Water Thomas to Martha Ollis??? 3. Hester Jane Thomas (have Hulda?) married Garrett Gouge (have John Gouge) 4. Christopher C. Willis Thomas (? who?) 5. Obediah Thomas b. 1861 (is this another Aaron?) 6. Mac 1862-1944 (have John Henry Makamey Thomas as his name) married Margaret Alice Parker 7. Washington Thomas b. 1864??? 8. Eliza Thomas b. about 1865??? 9. Alpheus Thomas 1873-1949 married Maggie Silver 10.Zebulon B. Thomas 1878 married to Laura Hughes. Then I have Monroe Thomas the family historian listed twice... born 1903 and died in 1959. Once he's under John Makamey Thomas as his son... and again he's listed under Alpheus Thomas as his son.
