I'm asking for help with any info on Nathan?Nathaniel THOMAS, born about 1761 and married to a woman named Mary ??.. I'm sure he was my (several greats) grandfather. What I can't find is information leading back from him... there is a lot of info on THOMAS's on the internet but I don't know which direction to go from Nathan/Nathaniel. It seems like he dropped out of nowhere...I always thought that my THOMAS line came from Ireland...but I can't find a path leading there or anywhere else...help!!! Why is it so hard to find this info?? Or do I just need to keep digging??? Is there someone out there who will share some info with me, so I can go back in the right direction...some cousins out there who know more than I've been able to find out???
