To son-in-law Humphrey Bell the use of land on which he now lives in Vincent and manor of Callowhill, containing 108 acres during life of his wife, my daughter, and at her death to their children. To grandson Wm. Bell the land where I now live containing 59 1/2 acres, on my wife's decease. To daughter Mary Watkin[s] £40. To son John Thomas £20 and all Welch books &c. To grandson John Bell £4.
