I am looking for the parents of Griffith Thomas, born in Chester Co., PA around 1739, moved to what is now Alamance Co., NC (formerly Orange Co.) He died in Orange Co., NC in 1800. Joshua may have been his father. I am also looking for the parents of Nicholas Thomas, born in 1794 in Maryland, married Mary Ann Morris, daughter of Joseph Morris, in Randolph Co., NC in 1812. Nicholas died in 1863 in Davidson Co., NC. He lived in the Rich Fork section near what is now Hasty School near Thomasville, NC. His sister was Jane Thomas, born in 1792 in Maryland, who married Aaron Morris. They lived in Davidson Co., NC. also. One of his brothers was Jeremiah Thomas, born in 1796 in Maryland. Jeremiah married Dorcus Morris in April 14, 1818 in Rowan County. I am also searching for other brothers and sisters of Jane, Nicholas, and Jeremiah Thomas.
