Looking for any info. on David Thomas, will dated 1819 in ALbemarle Co. Va. Wife was Anne (Rodes, I think). Some of their children were Archelaus, Samuel, Kemp, William A., Eliza (Elizabeth Anne), Rodes, Carver, John and James. Kemp was born 1780, married in 1805 to Nancy Baber, died in Wythe CO. 1865. Archelaus was born 1796, married 1820 to Rachel Baber (different Baber family), died 1870's in Rockbridge Co. William A. born ca. 1805 - 1810, married a Durrett, lived and died in Albemarle Co. Eliza married William Drumheller, lived in Nelson Co. Rodes married to Betsy Roberston, but may have been married previously; died in Wythe Co. ca. 1850 Carver married Jane Fitch and Susannah Watts It is possible that Carver and Rodes were middle or "call" names.
