DeShields B1857) that were born in Arkansas - 1860 Census in Liberty Township, Barry County, Missouri with family above. Also in the house hold is a 6 mo old daughter, M.F. DeShields. The next household on the census was the Family of I.(?) G. THOMAS a 62 year old farmer that was born in Virginia. His wife Sarah, 55, born in Kentucky. Also G. W. Thomas, M, 19, born in Kentuckey. V. ?. THOMAS, F, 20, born in Kentucky. James ?. THOMAS, M, 11, born in Missouri. - 1870 Census in Grayson County, Texas with family except for daughter, M.F. who is not listed. I. G. THOMAS is not found in 1870. His Wife Sarah is now living in the home of her son John C. THOMAS, his wife Virginia BERRYHILL and their children in Barry County, Missouri. - Died 11 Aug 1873 Sherman, Grayson County, Texas If any one here has any information on the THOMAS family that Mary was living near at the time of the 1860 census I would like to hear from them.
