They had two children: William David DUGAN b 1857 (mar Cecelia Smith) and Gillie Ann b 1859 (mar Henry Downs). Thomas Dugan died before 1860 Census (possibly of tuberculosis) and Kate married James H NALLEY/NALLY about 1863 (they had 8 children). James Nalley signed the marriage record for Gillia Ann Dugan to Henry Downs. Kate Nalley is shown on 1900 KY, New Hope census living with her son, William David Dugan. Have a note that says she lived in Louisville, KY with an uncle in her last years. Would love to find her parents, siblings, and where they were before migrating to KY. Thanks!
