Yes, Frank, I remember you, and I thought there MUST be other people out there who descend from some of those children, but so far, I think you're the only one who has responded. I need a male Thomas who descends from Stephen Thomas, and the only one I know about is a Huel Thomas. The thing is, I don't know where he lives or if he is even still living. It seems likely that he is still in Alabama, somewhere. I will keep trying to find somebody who could do the DNA testing. I also wish I knew what county in North Carolina Stephen and Jane came from. Maybe then, we could also find out what Jane's maiden name was.
