Well, Patti, This Thomas family seems to have spent much time near Ironton, Ohio in Lawrence Furnace. Also, there is a photo taken in Deavertown Ohio some time before 1919. They also spent some time in Northern KY. From there they went to Kansas for a couple of years and returned to Boyd County KY where they remained.
