    3. Unfortunately, it will not. You can learn more about FamilyTree's DNA projects at http://www.familytreedna.com/default.aspx. There are DNA projects other than the one by FamilyTree Maker, but I am only familiar with the FamilyTree setup. If you know of a male Thomas relative who doesn't like the cost of testing, anyone can register, pay for, and be the contact for that relative and have a test kit sent directly to him, which he will return directly to FamilyTree. FamilyTree has an excellent set of FAQs which cover the basics very well.
