    3. I am looking for another Thomas (L?) Thomas; this one in GA According to the 1850 DeKalb Co. GA Census, he was born in SC about 1804. He died about 1861 in Fulton Co., GA. (wife appointed administrator in 1862) In 1830, 1840, and 1850 Censuses, he was in DeKalb Co. In 1860 he is in Fulton Co, and in 1870 his wife Eliza Unknown (b. about 1812 in NC or VA) was listed as widowed. He was a justice of the peace and, I think, a Methodist preacher. Children: William Marion, b. about 1832 GA, d. Dec 1906, Kosciusko, Attala Co., MS. m. V. A. White Lucius, b. about 1836 Susannah b. about 1837; m. George D. Loyd Lucy, b. about 1841 Martha H., b. about 1844 Thomas Lincoln, b. about 1845 Isabella, b. about 1848 James L. , b. about 1849 I'm hoping someone recognizes one of these names. This has been my brick wall for a very long time.

    3. Hi, I have yet another Thomas THOMAS, He was probably born in Virginia bet 1720-1730. The first concrete evidence I found on Thomas THOMAS was a deed dated Nov. 12, 1762 where Thomas and his wife, Mary Crowder of Dinwiddie County, Virginia bought land in Brunswick County, Virginia. Thomas THOMAS died before September 18, 1781 in Brunswick County, Virginia. His wife, Mary Thomas filed an inventory of his estate on September 18, 1781. They had 5 children: 2 girls Mary and Elizabeth; 3 sons, John, Richard and David. John was born about 1759 in Dinwiddie County, Virginia according to information in his rejected Rev. War pension Application. John had as one wife, Prudence LNU. Family tradition states her family surname was TOWNSEND. John left Brunswick County, Virginia sometime after 1803 and migrated to Hancock County, Georgia where several of his children married and about 1818 he and some of his children migrated to Autauga County, Alabama. Would love to hear from anyone who is researching this Thomas THOMAS. Irma J. Roy At 03:26 PM 7/27/2007, you wrote: >I am looking for another Thomas (L?)
